I wanted to introduce myself,
My name is Melanie Roman and I'm a real estate agent working with JLA Realty in Baytown, TX.
I am born and raised in Puerto Rico and half Dominican. Moved to New York when I was 14 years old, spent all my teenhood life there, it was quite an experience. I have moved around few time around NY, New Jersey and Texas. I visited Texas in 2016 and loved it. I moved to Texas about 3 years ago, Fell in love with "Texas homes" and HERE I AM.
I'm Lucky enough to be a mom of two wonderful children, Jeanniel J.J and Violet Rose, that are also foodies just like their mom. We love watching movies together. trying new restaurants, and Finding family-friendly events downtown! I'm blessed to be in a relationship with the person I deeply admired the most. My partner is a diehard sports fan so most Sunday we stay home watching our favorite teams.
Things that define me are enthusiastic, honest, funny , friendly and that INEVER GIVE UP.
I have been an active member of my community for few months now, and I'm so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate with a passion for service in the Baytown & Mont Belvieu area, I'm ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. Mi nombre es Melanie Roman y soy una agente de bienes raíces que trabaja con JLA Realty en Baytown, TX.
Soy nacida y criada en Puerto Rico y mitad dominicana. Me mudé a Nueva York cuando tenía 14 años, pasé toda mi adolescencia allí, fue toda una experiencia. Me he mudado pocas veces por NY, New Jersey y Texas. Visité Texas en 2016 y me encantó. Me mudé a Texas hace aproximadamente 3 años, me enamoré de las "casas de Texas" y AQUÍ ESTOY.
Tengo la suerte de ser madre de dos niños maravillosos, Jeanniel J.J y Violet Rose, que también son amantes de la comida como su madre. Nos encanta ver películas juntos. ¡probar nuevos restaurantes y encontrar eventos familiares en el centro! Tengo la suerte de estar en una relación con la persona que más admiro profundamente. Mi compañero es un fanático de los deportes, así que la mayoría de los domingos nos quedamos en casa viendo a nuestros equipos favoritos.
He sido un miembro activo de mi comunidad durante algunos meses y estoy muy emocionado de convertir ese enfoque comunitario en bienes raíces. Con una pasión por el servicio en el área de Baytown y Mont Belvieu, estoy listo para ayudar con sus necesidades de compra y venta de vivienda.
